Okay so as you know I have never tried, seen or tasted this stuff. But it all the rage so I finally scored some. Any suggestions what I should use it in????
Okay...that is all.
cardamom is an excellent spice .. throw a pinch in your sweet dish or even in tea/coffee and it tastes good! Hope this helps :)
ReplyDeleteHelps alot. Thanks for the tip. Had no clue what to do with it.lol
ReplyDeleteFollowing you too! Thanks for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteyes like kankana says it is wonderful with tea and sweets also use a little bit 1 or 2 whole or ground to flavour savouries and meat dishes. The whole cardamom 1 or 2 can be put when making rice to give a nice aroma and before serving discard.
ReplyDeletethank you for the comment :)

I know cardamom is used in curries, teas, sweets and is used for medicinal purposes.
Cardamom. Yummy! I made a Smoked Salmon Cardamom Spread that won a Culinary Smackdown Battle. Give it a look if you're interested. http://imapretendchef.blogspot.com/2011/01/smoked-salmon-cardamom-spread.html
