Okay so as you know I have never tried, seen or tasted this stuff. But it all the rage so I finally scored some. Any suggestions what I should use it in????

  4. yes like kankana says it is wonderful with tea and sweets also use a little bit 1 or 2 whole or ground to flavour savouries and meat dishes. The whole cardamom 1 or 2 can be put when making rice to give a nice aroma and before serving discard.
thank you for the comment :)

  8. I loved your excited post about cardamom!

Now I don't feel like a complete idiot for going nutty over a unique ingredient I find at the store :-)

I know cardamom is used in curries, teas, sweets and is used for medicinal purposes.

  10. Mona- Thanks so much for coming by.

Ellen- Thank you. I love yours as well.

Emily- Lol, thanks. I got so excited over that and my vanilla beans. Like a kid in a candy store. Honestly I cannot find cool stuff where I live so when I find something I go loopy. I practically skipped out of the store yesterday.

Rochelle- That is some incredible spread. I went over to look at the smackdown site. Pic had me in stitches.
