Hey folks, sick of me yet. Trust me there's a method to my madness. Of course it's top secret and if I tell you well then I have to dress up like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible and hunt you down. And I just honestly don't have time for all that. So just trust your loyal lunatic folks. I am not insane, or I am but aren't you used to it by now?
So another experiment. This one is also inspired by Miss Paula Deen. Such a cool chick. The hair is a bit much but man can she cook.
Vanilla Sugar:
Inspired by Paula Deen
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 vanilla beans
Directions:
Method 1- Scrape out the paste and pop it in your food processor with the sugar to combine. Store in an air tight container.
Method 2- Stick 2 beans in a container with some sugar for a few days.
Method 3- combine method 1 and 2.
I used method 3. Here's the results. Wish we had smell-o-internet.
